Week 11 RB Value Plays

Running Back value plays are quite different from QB value plays.  We are simply looking for less expensive option at RB with hopes he produces similar to higher priced options allowing us to use that money elsewhere.  The price for value RB's varies considerably.

Latavius Murray ($5600)
Oakland vs Detroit
Detroit has given up a league high 14 rushing TD's thus far.  In addition, they are allowing 124.1 YPG on the ground.  While Murray struggled a bit vs Minnesota a week ago, this match up looks prime for a bounce back game where Murray should post similar numbers as he did in Week 3 vs Cleveland.  In that week he was priced at $5800 and posted 24.9 FPTS on Draft Kings.  This game has the 2nd highest total of the week (48.5) and both teams are projected for 24 points.  Oakland is coming across the country for an early start but that didn't slow them down two weeks ago when they traveled to Pittsburgh and put up 35 points only to fall a field goal short at the end.

Murray should be considered in all formats.

Frank Gore ($4700)
Indianapolis vs Atlanta
After a rocky first two week starts, Gore has been a model of consistency for DFS.  Shaun Draughn and something called a Kendall Gaskins piled up 78 comnbined rushing yards against the Falcons in Week 9.  Draughn added in another 38 yards in receiving as well.  Frank Gore is far superior at the RB position compared to Draughn and Gaskins.  The Atlanta rush defense has given up 11 TD's on the ground, look for more of the same as the Colts take the field without Andrew Luck.

Gore is a strong value play for cash game line ups.

Charcandrick West ($4500)
KC vs SD
West has now scored 5 TD's over the last three weeks and has totaled 412 yards from scrim
mage in those same three games.  San Diego is a terrible defensive team right now.  The only team who has really struggled running the ball vs SD was the Lions in Week 1.  All other teams have produced RB's with fantasy relevant numbers against the Chargers.

West should be considered in all formats.

Other Notables
Matt Jones ($4000) has a tough match up vs Carolina but is playing much better than Alfred Morris and continues to increase his workload.

DeMarco Murray ($6000) will see increased snaps as Ryan Mathews appears to be banged up this week.  If Mathews does not go, and it doesn't look like he will, Murray may have a top tier workload.  The Eagles are favored by 7, Murray could pile of late yardage.

Denard Robinson ($3000) will split time with Toby Gerhart if TJ Yeldon does not go.  Robinson is a far superior athlete to Gerhart and proved last year has a nose for the end zone.

Robinson makes a strong GPP play.
