Looking Around The Bargain Bin - Teddy Bridgewater

Now that I have the foundation line up established, let's take a look around to see what other bargains we can find to possibly tweak the foundation to help spread our risk out.

QB
Teddy Bridgewater - $5100
Tampa Bay is a rough bunch defensively especially against the pass.  Let's take a look at 6 different and sometimes quite surprising QB's (DraftKings salary and points for that week will be in parentheses) have absolutely had their way with this Tampa bunch.

Week 1 - The Derek Anderson ($5000/18.2 FPTS) led Carolina Panthers put up 230/2/0.

Week 2 - Austin Davis ($5000/9.4 FPTS) in his first ever NFL start finds a way to have 235/0/0.

This is where things start to get interesting

Week 3 - During a 56-14 Falcon annihilation, Matt Ryan ($7800/23.64 FPTS)has a nice 286/3/0 stat line and TJ Yates finishes the game off.

Week 4 - Ben Roethlisberger ($6900/26.36 FPTS) has a healthy 314/3/0 effort which is his most impressive statistical day on the season.

Week 5 - Drew Brees ($8900/22.74 FPTS) torches the Bucs secondary for 371/2/3.

Week 6 - Joe Flacco ($6700/35.24 FPTS) rips off his best game in what seems like his career and most of it was in just one half.  306/5/0 will put your line up in the winning category just about every week.

On average, the Bucs have yielded 26.99 FPTS over the last four weeks.  It seems Teddy Bridgewater has a tremendous opportunity to provide an unbelievable value heading into Week 8.  I know I'll have him in one of my line ups.

I'll be bargain shopping for other positions as the week continues.

Someone has to win, it might as well be us.
